To ensure all our clients enjoy their visit, please keep the noise to a minimum. All clients are required to either turn off their cell phones or place them in silent mode upon entering the spa. Guests are prohibited from conducting any of their own business activities on Spa premises. There is to be no soliciting for any reason. The spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest. The spa reserves the right to remove any guest from the premise and/or suspend/terminate the membership of any member who fails to follow Spa Etiquette and rules. This includes removal of the guest for any reasons of nuisance, disturbance, or fraud. There will be no refunds issued in these instances.
Please book your appointments as soon as possible to ensure your desired date and time is secured. We require a credit card on file to reserve your scheduled booking.
No services shall be performed without all necessary consent forms and waivers being filled out. Please callus or stop by in store to make your forms are up to date.
Late arrivals may result in a shortening of the service time or rescheduling of the appointment (charges may apply). In cases where a client is more than 15 minutes late, we require the appointment be either changed or rescheduled. If there is no communication made to the spa about a late arrival, after 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled and automatically charged the 50% cancellation fee.
Gaia Spa is primarily a “by appointment” business. We strive to do our best to service everyone equally and fairly. Last minute cancellations can have a great impact on our business and technicians. Because of this, we have a strict cancellation policy out of respect for our staff and, most importantly, our guests. ​ All clients may cancel their appointments without charge by following the Spa’s Cancellation Policy. Cancellations or changes to the set appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the total scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortening of the total service time or rescheduling of the appointment (charges may apply). To cancel or change your appointment, please contact the spa directly. ​ Spa Party: Bookings for a party of four or more people will be counted as a Spa Party and will follow the Spa’s Party Cancellation Policy. A deposit of 50% of the total service for all appointments is required during the time of booking for four or more guests. The deposit amount will be charged at the time of check out. Refunds on the deposit require 48 hours notice for cancellation.
No outside food and/or drinks are permitted in the spa. Food and/or drinks purchased or given to guests inside of the spa by staff members are permitted only in the designated lobby and lounge areas. Water in an enclosed bottle is permitted anywhere inside of the spa. There is to be no alcohol consumption during the use of the Sauna Suite.
All staff reserve the right to refuse services in all of the following, but not limited to, cases. In doing so, no refund will be issued.
  • Abusive language or behavior by guest.
  • Initiation of sexual language, behavior, or misconduct by guest.
  • The guest is less than 8 weeks out of surgery.
  • The client is under 14 or any other term of the Minor’s Policy is not followed.
  • The client is within the first trimester of pregnancy.
  • Client has unpaid service(s) from previous visit(s).

All services, gift cards, retail products, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.

All purchased gift cards do not expire.

Gift cards purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers will not be honored and are not valid forms of payment. We are not liable for any lost funds used to purchase unauthorized gift cards.

Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.

Gaia Spa reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or deactivate any gift cards if fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.

Gratuity for Gaia Spa technicians is received in the form of either cash tips or direct transfer via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, etc… 100% of the gratuity is given to the staff.

Gaia Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home.

Guests under 13 years of age are not permitted in the spa. Guests 13 years and older may undergo skin care services excluding massages and Sauna Sessions. No guests under 18 years of age are permitted to receive a massage or enter the Sauna Suite,
