What a wonderful experience! The front office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Started off with Sauna room which was so relaxing. I actually fell asleep … twice! I highly recommend Gaia!!

First time experience was beyond amazing. From the sauna suite, the Swedish massage to my facial with Haijia, I have never felt so relaxed. A well needed pick me up!

Facial was amazing! But when i came in for my massage i was told i couldn't have a locker for my belongings, even though when I went last time and... read more had 2 services I was given a locker. Someone came into the room to say i could have a locker but it would take away from my massage time. I told them to forget it. Then the massage ended 10 minutes early. I had to wait in the hallway until my facialist was ready for me, so another couple could go in for their massage. Very dissapointing customer service!
