Facial was amazing! But when i came in for my massage i was told i couldn't have a locker for my belongings, even though when I went last time and... read more had 2 services I was given a locker. Someone came into the room to say i could have a locker but it would take away from my massage time. I told them to forget it. Then the massage ended 10 minutes early. I had to wait in the hallway until my facialist was ready for me, so another couple could go in for their massage. Very dissapointing customer service!

I was able to enjoy a session in the dry-heat sauna with access to a private shower. After that, I was provided the softest robe and gently guided to my massage. At this point I was already feeling incredibly serene and then my specialist Valentina worked her magic!!! She was so friendly and caring, I could tell she really loved making people feel comfortable. Thank you to all of the staff that made this spa day exactly what I needed 😊😊😊
