I was able to enjoy a session in the dry-heat sauna with access to a private shower. After that, I was provided the softest robe and gently guided to my massage. Someone came into the room to say i could have a locker but it would take away from my massage time. I told them to forget it. Then the massage ended 10 minutes early. I had to wait in the hallway until my facialist was ready for me, so another couple could go in for their massage. Very dissapointing customer service!
